VOLUNTEER QUALIFICATIONS

Volunteers must enjoy working with all types of people. They must show a genuine concern for the success of Craft Bits & Pieces, a willingness to work hard, get dirty, and pitch in wherever needed. The ideal volunteer is flexible, motivated, mature, independent, sensitive, respectful of others, dependable, and willing to multi-task.

Volunteers must agree to represent Craft Bits & Pieces, perform in a professional manner whenever doing so, and not allow personal views or opinions to cloud or conflict with the store’s fundraising purpose.

A minimum average of four hours of service per week is requested. Most volunteers are required to start at the register.

Once you have agreed to work a particular shift, we count on you to be there. In the event you are unable to be at your shift, please call the manager of the day.
